SLAS is a digital licensing platform designed for the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) to simplify how businesses apply for, track, and manage tourism-related licences and permits.

The mobile application brings multiple licensing services into a unified experience, allowing businesses to submit applications, upload required documents, track approval progress, manage payments and fines, and access issued licences. The goal was to transform complex, multi-stage licensing processes into a clear and consistent digital journey.

My role focused on designing the end-to-end mobile experience from user flows and information architecture to interface design, reusable components, application states, and developer handoff.
