Ma’an is a multi-platform digital ecosystem concept designed to connect social-impact participation with everyday employee experiences across Abu Dhabi.

The concept brings together a public-facing website, employee portal, and mobile application within a unified experience. The public platform helps individuals and organisations discover verified social-impact projects, understand their progress, and explore ways to contribute, while the employee ecosystem centralises workplace services, organisational content, communities, events, recognition, and collaboration.

My role focused on shaping the end-to-end product experience—from information architecture and UX strategy to interface design, responsive experiences, cross-platform consistency, and design system thinking.
